Registration details
The registration fee includes:
- Conference and meals according to
programme
- Conference material
- Get-together party 11 June
- Municipal reception and Nidaros Cathedral 12 June
the conference fee is reduced for early registrations: Before 1
March the registration fee is NOK 4500, for registrations after
1 March is NOK 5500.
Accommodation
A block of rooms has been reserved
in three selected hotels centrally located. These rooms are
available through Tvete Arrangement. Rooms will be allocated on
a first-come, first-served basis. The booking is subject to full
prepayment, please see below.
Registration, confirmation, changes
The deadline for applications is
April 2008. Hotel bookings received after 30 April 2008 cannot
be guaranteed. All registration, payment and changes are to be
directed to Tvete Arrangement. When registered you will receive
a detailed confirmation. Congress fees, social activities and
hotel accommodation are all subject to full prepayment last part
or April, for details please see below.
Payment
Originally it was planned
consecutive invoicing payable per 10 days.
Since then, Tvete Arrangement's registration system has been
improved with an integrated, secure online credit card payment
system.
This enables us to offer you an easier and more efficient
payment routine, and, at the same time, allowing us to postpone
the deadline for payment till last part of April.
Consequently you will, in the middle of April, receive an e-mail
requesting you to pay online. In the same e-mail you will find a
link and password directly to your registration and to the
secure payment service. You will automatically receive an e-mail
receipt confirming all details of your payment.
All mayor credit cards are accepted: Visa, Master, Diner’s and
American Express.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in
writing by email:
arrangement@tvete.com, fax: +47 7380 7728 or ordinary mail
to Tvete Arrangement.
The organizers hold one uniform
cancellation policy for the registration fee, hotel bookings and
optional program items all alike.

April and 9 May 2008:
50 %
refund of registration/social activities and full refund of
hotel accommodation. |

Cancellation of
registration/hotel accommodation/social activities
received on 10 May or later or no-show: Refund of hotel
accommodation only less cost of first night. |
Replacement
If a participant is unable to attend,
a representative can be send in his/her place. Replacement must be
announced in writing by email:
arrangement@tvete.com
or fax: +47 7380 7728 to Tvete Arrangement.
Liability
The organizers cannot accept any
responsibility for personal accidents or damage to personal
effects of any conference participants. Everyone is advised to
make their own arrangements for insurance of personal effects
and medical costs. Certain insurances may also cover
cancellation fees. Check with your local travel agent.
Furthermore, the organizers cannot be held liable for any claim
arising from breach of contract by suppliers etc., or by
situations of force majeure. By organizers here are referred to
the Nordic Association of Otolaryngology and Tvete Arrangement,
all in different capacities of the organization of the
conference.
