Hiking tour in Bymarka
Friday, 13 June 2008, 10.00h - 13.00h
15 minutes from the city centre there is
Bymarka, a popular countryside used for recreation. We want to show you
the rural idyll right outside our windows. There will be a tour leader
showing you the way and looking after you!
You will go by tram to Lian where the hike starts along the lake
Lianvannet and continues on trails/ dirt roads to the cafeteria Skistua.
Here you can buy something to eat and drink. Or why do it the typical
Norwegian way; Bring along your own food and bottle of drink in a
backpack and have your lunch outside! From Skistua you will follow the
“family trail” which ends at the shopping center Byåsen Butikksenter.
You will return to the city center by public bus.
Price per person NOK 150
including service charges and VAT.

Hiking shoes and casual
clothes recommended. You do not need to be very fit to join this tour. |
