Confirmation of registration
A confirmation will be sent by e-mail to all who have registered online to the congress.
Please present the confirmation at the registration desk in order to receive
the congress documents.
Payment and confirmation
All payments should be made in euro (EUR) when registering and making reservations.
After receiving your registration form and payment, Stellaria Media will send you a confirmation
by e-mail.

Credit card: Visa, MasterCard, and Eurocard are accepted.

Changes and Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and changes to your original registration must be made in writing to info(at)stellariamedia.fi
- by June 15: full refund minus an administrative fee of 50 €
- between June 16 and July 31: 50% refund of registration fee minus an administrative fee of 50 €
- after August 1: no refund.
There is no refund of any fees in case of no-shows.
Accommodation
Please book your accommodation online when registering to the congress. The congress has reserved a number of hotel rooms at Hotel Scandic Grand Marina in Helsinki. Since Helsinki attracts many tourists, reservations will be made on first-come first served basis.
Reservations and Payment of Accommodation
The deadline for hotel reservations via congress office is July 31. After this date the congress is not able to guarantee accommodation and the reservation should be made directly to the hotel. All hotel reservations need to be guaranteed
by a valid credit card. Participants are responsible for payment of all charges at checkout.
Changes and Cancellations of reservations of Accommodation
Cancellations and changes to your original hotel reservation must be made in writing to info(at)stellariamedia.fi by July 31. After this date please contact the hotel directly.
