Poster presentations
Poster exhibition – Thursday, August 18 until Saturday, August 20
The posters will be hanged to the foyer in the second floor of the conference venue. The exact poster board, where individual posters are hanged is available on site ! The presenters are requested to hang their posters as soon as the congress begins and take it down no later than Saturday, August 20 at noon.
The poster board is 95 cm wide X 128 cm high. Please note, that your poster must fit this area. Posters should be printed on paper or suitable canvas. The organizers will provide pins for the attachment of posters to the board.
Your abstract will be published in the NOK 2011 Abstract book.
Oral presentations
Free papers –session 1, Friday, August 19 at 9.00 – 10.30 , conference room: Fennia 2
Free papers –session 2, Saturday, August 20 at 11.00 – 12.00, conference room: Fennia 2
If your abstract has been chosen to be presented in a Free paper –session (oral presentation), you will need to prepare a presentation (power-point or other suitable software and saved as .ppt., .pptx., .pdf). Please bring the presentation to the conference venue in good time before your session starts, and make sure you have a backup version on your laptop, email or a duplicate CD or USB memory stick. The duration of the oral presentations is at maximum 8 minutes, so please make sure to be concise, and that you do not exceed the timeframe given.
Your abstract will be published in the NOK 2011 Abstract book.
We have sent to the authors of accepted abstracts a Letter of Acceptance via email.
